Most dropouts come from the broadcaster's side or from a weak connection. Try: pull down to refresh the station list, switch between Wi-Fi and cellular, and check whether the station's own website plays. If it stays silent for days, report it and we will re-check the stream address.

Titles come from the metadata each station sends. Some stations send nothing, others send ads or slogans as "songs". When a station stays quiet you can tap the Shazam button to identify the track. To report a persistently wrong title, send us the station name.

Open iOS Settings → General → CarPlay, choose your car and make sure the app is added to the home screen. If it is greyed out, restart your iPhone. CarPlay also requires the app to have been opened at least once on the phone.

Favorites sync either through iCloud or through your Fermisio account. Check that both devices use the same iCloud account with iCloud Drive turned on, or sign in with the same Apple or Google account inside the app on both devices. Sync can take a minute after the app is opened.

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the Apple ID that made the purchase. If it still does not unlock, send us the receipt e-mail from Apple and we will sort it out.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Fermisio (Play Radio) → Cancel. Refunds are also handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the paid period.

Go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and turn off permission for the app. You will still see ads on the free tier, but they will not be personalized. Premium removes ads entirely.

E-mail support@fermisio.com from the address on your account and we will delete the account and everything attached to it within 30 days. Uninstalling the app removes all local data immediately.

The app is moving to its new home and name, Fermisio. The App Store listing will be updated with an upcoming release. It is the same app, same team and same catalog; nothing changes for your favorites or subscription.
