Terms of use

Last updated: 7 October 2026

By using Mnemonic (the app and its online services) you accept these terms and the privacy policy. Mnemonic is provided by Fermisio; contact: support@fermisio.com.

Your account

You start as a guest; you can save your progress by signing in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your account safe and for not sharing your transfer code.

Gold, powers and purchases

Gold, powers and other in-game items are virtual items for use in the game only; they have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another account. In-app purchases are handled by Apple; refunds follow Apple's rules.

Fair play

Cheating, bots, automation tools, exploiting bugs and harassing other players are not allowed. Accounts that break these rules may lose their scores and may be restricted or closed.

Your profile

Your profile name and photo are visible to others; do not use content that is abusive, hateful, sexual or that infringes someone else's rights. Reported content may be hidden or removed.

Advertising

Some rewards can be earned by watching an optional ad. The reward is granted once, when the ad provider reports that the ad was watched.

Changes to the service

We may change modes, rewards, prices and features to improve the game. The service is provided as is; we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
