Hangi verileri kullanıyoruz?

Çevrimiçi özellikler için bir oyuncu kimliği ve gizli erişim anahtarı oluşturulur. Seçtiğin profil adı, ülke/bayrak, avatar ve isteğe bağlı profil fotoğrafı; skorlar, maçlar, oyun ilerlemesi, arkadaşlıklar, davetler, altın bakiyesi, eşya, görev ve ödül kayıtları bu hesaba bağlanır.

Oyun olayları ve hata kayıtları, hizmeti çalıştırmak ve sorunları gidermek için kullanılır. Sunucu sağlayıcıları bağlantı sırasında IP adresi ve teknik istek kayıtlarını işleyebilir. Bildirimler isteğe bağlıdır; ses, müzik, titreşim ve hareket tercihleri cihazında tutulur.

Apple ve Google ile giriş

İlerlemeni kaydetmek için isteğe bağlı olarak Apple ya da Google ile giriş yapabilirsin. Bu durumda Apple veya Google'dan yalnızca hesabına ait değişmeyen bir kimlik ve bu kimliği doğrulamak için tek kullanımlık imzalı bir jeton alırız. E-posta adresin, adın veya şifren bize gelmez ve saklanmaz. Bu kimlik yalnızca ilerlemeni hesabına bağlamak ve başka bir cihazda geri getirmek için kullanılır. Ayarlar'dan çıkış yapabilirsin; hesabını silersen bu bağlantı da silinir.

Reklamlar

Mnemonic, isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklamlar gösterir (ör. bir şans daha kazanmak ya da bir galibiyetin altınını ikiye katlamak için). Reklam izlemek zorunlu değildir. Reklamları Google AdMob sunar. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'deki oyunculardan, reklamlar gösterilmeden önce Google'ın onay formuyla izin istenir.

Uygulama, iOS reklam kimliğine (IDFA) erişim izni istemez. Google; reklamları sunmak, ölçmek ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için cihaz ve kullanım bilgilerini (ör. IP adresi, cihaz türü, reklam etkileşimleri) işleyebilir. Ayrıntılar: Google'ın iş ortağı sitelerindeki veri kullanımı.

Diğer oyuncular ne görür?

Profil adın, seçtiğin ülke/bayrak, avatarın veya yüklediğin fotoğraf ve ilgili oyun istatistiklerin profil, sıralama ve maç ekranlarında görünebilir. Fotoğraf yüklemek zorunlu değildir. Diğer oyuncular uygunsuz profilleri bildirebilir; bildirilen fotoğraf inceleme için gizlenebilir. Fotoğraf bağlantısı herkese açık olduğundan hassas içerik yükleme.

Verileri neden işliyoruz?

Hesabını tanımak, ilerlemeni kaydetmek, eşleştirme ve davetleri çalıştırmak, satın alımları doğrulamak, ödülleri ve reklam ödüllerini bir kez vermek, hile ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek ve destek sağlamak için.

Altyapı ve satın alımlar

Çevrimiçi oyun verileri ve profil fotoğrafları Supabase altyapısında işlenir; bu web sitesi Hostinger'da barındırılır. Uygulama içi ödemeleri Apple işler; Mnemonic doğrulama için işlem kimliği, ürün ve satın alma ortamı gibi makbuz bilgilerini kullanır ve ödeme kartı bilgilerini almaz. Reklamları Google AdMob, isteğe bağlı girişi Apple ve Google sağlar. Sağlayıcıların sunucuları bulunduğun ülkeden farklı bir ülkede olabilir.

Cihazdaki kayıtlar

Uygulama, hesabını ve ilerlemeni hatırlamak için cihazdaki yerel kayıtları ve güvenli anahtar deposunu kullanır. Uygulamayı silmek sunucudaki hesabı silmez; giriş yapmadıysan hesaba erişimini kaybetmene yol açabilir.

Hesabını ve verilerini silme

Uygulamada Ayarlar → Gizlilik → Hesabımı Sil yolunu kullanabilirsin. Silme; altın bakiyeni, ilerlemeni, skorlarını, arkadaşlıklarını, yüklediğin fotoğrafları ve Apple/Google bağlantılarını kaldırır. Aktif bir çevrimiçi maçın varsa önce bitirmen gerekir. Silme isteği alındığında hesabın kullanımı durdurulur; dosya temizliği için kısa bir bekleme olabilir.

Mükerrer ödeme ve silme işlemlerini önlemek için oyuncu bağlantısı kaldırılmış ödeme makbuzu kimlikleri ve silme isteğine ait doğrulama kaydı tutulabilir; bunlar silinen profili geri oluşturmaz. Altyapı yedekleri ve teknik günlüklerdeki kopyalar sağlayıcıların saklama süreçleriyle kaldırılır.

Gizlilik talepleri

Verilerine erişim, düzeltme, silme veya diğer gizlilik taleplerin ve bu politikayla ilgili soruların için support@fermisio.com adresine yazabilirsin. Talebin doğru hesaba ait olduğunu doğrulamamız gerekebilir; hesaba erişemiyorsan profil adın ve oyuncu numaran gibi gizli olmayan bilgileri paylaşabilirsin. Önemli değişikliklerde bu sayfanın tarihini güncelleriz.

Privacy policy

Mnemonic is a memory game by Fermisio. For privacy, access to your account and data requests, write to support@fermisio.com. Never send your account key or payment card details by email.

What data we use

For the online features a player identifier and a secret access key are created. The profile name, country/flag, avatar and optional profile photo you choose; scores, matches, game progress, friendships, invitations, gold balance, items, quests and reward records are linked to this account.

Game events and error reports are used to run the service and fix problems. Server providers may process your IP address and technical request logs while you are connected. Notifications are optional; sound, music, vibration and motion preferences stay on your device.

Sign in with Apple and Google

You may optionally sign in with Apple or Google to save your progress. We then receive from Apple or Google only a stable identifier for your account and a one-time signed token to verify it. Your email address, name or password never reach us and are not stored. The identifier is used only to link your progress to your account and to bring it back on another device. You can sign out in Settings; deleting your account removes this link too.

Advertising

Mnemonic shows optional rewarded ads (for example to earn one more chance or to double the gold of a win). Watching ads is never required. Ads are served by Google AdMob. Players in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent with Google's consent form before ads are shown.

The app does not ask for access to the iOS advertising identifier (IDFA). Google may process device and usage information (such as IP address, device type and ad interactions) to serve and measure ads and to prevent abuse. Details: how Google uses data from partner apps.

What other players see

Your profile name, chosen country/flag, avatar or uploaded photo and related game statistics may appear on profile, ranking and match screens. Uploading a photo is optional. Other players can report inappropriate profiles; a reported photo may be hidden for review. Photo links are public, so do not upload sensitive content.

Why we process data

To recognise your account, save your progress, run matchmaking and invitations, verify purchases, grant rewards and ad rewards once, prevent cheating and abuse, and provide support.

Infrastructure and purchases

Online game data and profile photos are processed on Supabase; this website is hosted by Hostinger. In-app purchases are handled by Apple; Mnemonic uses receipt information such as the transaction identifier, product and purchase environment for verification and never receives payment card details. Ads are provided by Google AdMob and optional sign-in by Apple and Google. Providers' servers may be in a country other than yours.

Records on your device

The app uses local records and the secure keychain on your device to remember your account and progress. Deleting the app does not delete the account on the server; if you have not signed in, you may lose access to it.

Deleting your account and data

In the app, go to Settings → Privacy → Delete my account. Deletion removes your gold balance, progress, scores, friendships, uploaded photos and Apple/Google links. If you have an active online match, finish it first. Once the request is received the account stops being usable; file clean-up may take a short while.

To prevent duplicate payments and deletions, payment receipt identifiers unlinked from the player and a verification record of the deletion request may be kept; they do not recreate the deleted profile. Copies in infrastructure backups and technical logs are removed through the providers' retention processes.

Privacy requests

For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests and questions about this policy, write to support@fermisio.com. We may need to verify that the request belongs to the right account; if you cannot access it, share non-secret details such as your profile name and player number. We update the date on this page when important changes are made.
